Jimmy currently serves as Chief Legal and Commercial Officer at Soteria Systems, a cybersecurity firm safeguarding digital ecosystems and building resilient, compliant digital infrastructure across Africa. In that role, he leads on legal governance, risk advisory, and regulatory design—ensuring that Africa’s digital future is secure, rights-respecting, and institutionally sound.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Strathmore University, where he developed a strong foundation in constitutional and economic rights law, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, where he was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
